Written specifications, bills of quantities and tender documents. These are essential in order to obtain fixed price tenders and enable costs and quality to be managed during a construction project.
Competitive Tendering
Conducting a bona fide competitive tendering process resulting in fixed price tenders. As part of this process we will also advise on an appropriate form of building contract
Contract Documentation
Preparation of formal contract documents and instruction of contractor/s
Contract Administration and Project Cost Control
Acting as contract administrator and inspecting the work in progress. Certifying stage payments to the contractor, managing project costs and negotiating the final account.
